What can I expect when I contact the next level?

In engaging the services of a life coach or of a business coach, each client is embarking on a unique journey towards self-fulfillment.

You may choose to contact the next level by email or by phone or by post. I will then contact you to see what you hope to gain from life coaching.

I'd also be interested to hear what you already know about life coaching and which coaching service you think might be most useful for you. You will also have the chance to ask any questions you might have about me, my experience and training and about any aspect of the coaching process at the next level.

Once you decide to proceed I will offer you a complimentary life coaching first session. This entails me asking you to name a theme or goal or ambition to work on in a series of coaching sessions and then to choose a small goal or target to work on during this first coaching call. I'll ask you to tell me about your current situation in relation to the life you would really like and encourage you to identify as many options as possible which could enable you to move closer to your goal. You choose which option or options to work on first and we agree an action plan to help you reach your goal or dream in a realistic period of time.

At the end of the complimentary session we'll briefly discuss whether life coaching is for you and if so whether I am the life coach for you. If the answers are yes we'll agree dates and times for up to five sessions. We'll also confirm payment details and what happens if you need to postpone a session.

I will then send you two signed copies of a letter summarizing our agreement so that you can sign one and return it to me with full payment for the sessions you have booked.

Then life coaching at the next level starts working for you.
